When trying to manage my Optik them packs online i get a "Something went wrong refresh or try again later" on the app and on my computer I get "to manage your current package please call". I became a customer late November 2024 and nothing other than being billed has worked the first time, stream +, now channel management, and when you call all you get is over an hour of hold time with an annoying message stating "Did you know you can self serve online?" No I can't, that's why I'm calling your always busier than usual call centre. Can anyone solve this so I can manage my theme packs online?

That brought me to a page that said “self serve is not available for that address” after asking me to enter an address to see if fibre is available.
