Manage Optik Tv Online
When trying to manage my Optik them packs online i get a "Something went wrong refresh or try again later" on the app and on my computer I get "to manage your current package please call". I became a customer late November 2024 and nothing other than being billed has worked the first time, stream +, now channel management, and when you call all you get is over an hour of hold time with an annoying message stating "Did you know you can self serve online?" Alright everyone, from everything I’ve seen and researched the issue happens if you have home services linked to your mobility account. When the home account is unlinked you can activate your services and then relink the account. As for Stream+ activation you need to relink your home account and then update the app to be able to activate, and even then you need to be on your Telus wifi to activate. Seems overly complicated for what it is and Telus needs to get their $4!7 together as this seems to making a lot of unhappy customers. I activated Stream+ Premium November 26 and wasn;t able to activate Disney+ and Amazon until I spent almost 4 hours on the phone with customer support. I have still not been able to activate Telus Films & Series as it errors out everytime whether on mobile, wired, wifi, or Optik TV box. On mobile I get error "Login Failed Sorry, an error has occurred. Please try again later. (ERR_AGL ACN_3545) On Desktop I just get a continuous login error. Any tips and tricks to get this to work? Alright. Level 2 tech support fixed most of the issue. To get the subscription list to work and be able to activate tech support has to unlink your home services from your account as that is what causes the error. You can then activate all but the Telus TV+ (it still errors out unfortunately) and once activated re-link your home account.5.9KViews0likes1Comment
