Can't Cancel Disney+ Subscription on Optik TV

I started a Telus Disney+ subscription on Feb. 17th through Optik TV and I have been trying to cancel my subscription ever since. When I go to my Telus account where it says "Manage Your Subscriptions," it doesn't show my subscriptions, it says "Sorry, your subscriptions list is not available at this time. Please try again or check back later." But it has been saying it's not available ever since Feb 17th and I'm very frustrated that this issue has not been resolved and that I am not able to cancel my Disney+ subscription. I will be very upset if this continues and if I don't get it cancelled in time before it renews again and I have to pay for the subscription another month. I have also sent an email to Telus and no one has gotten back to me. Please cancel my subscription to Disney+ as soon as possible.
