Can't Cancel Disney+ Subscription on Optik TV
I started a Telus Disney+ subscription on Feb. 17th through Optik TV and I have been trying to cancel my subscription ever since. When I go to my Telus account where it says "Manage Your Subscription...
Having the same issue. Telus please respond as I've attempted for about a month to cancel.
On Disney+ there is a link to the Telus Subscriptions page (which by the way is near impossible to navigate to from My Telus...there is NO Subscriptions Tab as said in the instructions. When I use it from Disney+ I get the same response as the customer above.
