Terrible Customer Service

I've been a Vivnt customer for years and Telus recently bought them. I've been notified that my system is too old and requires an upgrade. I've tried numerous times to schedule and appointment explaining to them that I can only be at home on Fridays. They've scheduled me for dates that I've told them won't work for me but they insist that I need to schedule it so they can try and find me a date that will work. You never hear anything back and I've had a tech show up twice now while I've been at work wasting there time as I'm unable to leave work. I finally called to cancel as I was fed up trying to schedule a date to get it installed and they made me a better offer so I decided to give it one more try. After another 4 or 5 weeks of hearing nothing from them I decided to call and try and talk to a supervisor to get this resolved. Spent about 50 minutes on the phone only to find out no supervisor was available to speak with me but was promised I'd get a call back within 24hrs. It's now been about 96hrs and STILL haven't gotten my call from a supervisor. I've never experienced such HORRIBLE customer service. Just curious if anyone else has had this bad of an experience with Telus and if so what have you done. I have no idea how to escalade this to the right channels as I feel this needs to be addressed.
