I can't get anyone from Telus to call me back and explain or even cancel my account. I have a contract. 3 separate techs have visited my home and all left without doing anything. the Telus door to door sales rep claimed taking over from Bell Smarthome is easy as it's all alarm.com equipment. And now I've been charged $175 for installation but nothing has been installed and my contract states installation will be waived. Help. Please. What do I do now. It takes one hour to get someone on the phone. They can't help and say a manager will call back and nothing. This has been going on since July 30
