Security Camera not recording any activity at all

Hi, I just had my backyard security camera installed as part of a package with Telus. The backyard camera recorded the technician moving around after installation and never recorded any activity anymore. I set the recording rule to create ground zone for the whole area. So far no event has been recorded, even when I was outside testing it. It is a little frustrating as I was not advised that the camera was not completely set up.

Any advice?

There are a number of things to try here. First, verify the day/time schedule is active and that the recording schedule's "Enabled" box is checked off. Next, you could try power cycling (rebooting the camera) as a standard troubleshooting step. If all else fails, further investigation or assistance from our SmartHome team may be required.
