Unreasonable difficulty trying to cancel service

I want to cancel my home security service and am experiencing Telus making the process extremely difficult. In searching this forum, I know I am not the first to have this experience. I also noticed that Telus representatives have responded to those previous customers' posts. Can a Telus Rep please reply to this post to help cancel my service. I don't want it anymore, I don't want a discount, I don't want to wait until the end of my contract. I simply want to cancel the service and am agreeable to pay the $90 early cancellation fee. Thank you.
