Recently had to change my home network. Changed the control panel to new network, then tried to initiate my 2 X OC835 outdoor cameras.
My Telus Smarthome Security app found my cameras [only by its Mac address - there are NO pictures of the OC835, just the ADC-721W, 722W]. Tried to add - "Video device could not be added".
After several hours of trying, I called Telus support.
After several more hours on phone [finally El Salvador tech], found out "we don't support that camera anymore".
Are you learning how to screw customers by taking a page from Bell's playbook ?
My questions: 1. scrap my perfectly good OC835 cameras and buy 2 ADC-722W [not going to happen]
2. ask you to replace my [original Telus installed] discontinued cameras with 2 cameras you support.
3. cancel Telus ADT completely due to poor customer support and go with NEST

Thank you for your response.
You have not helped me rectify my problem.
Ball is in your court.
