Outdoor V723 camera
Hello,
I got a outdoor camera V723, cannot get it to connect to wifi, follow steps reboot camera, everytime when scaning for wifi network, not able to see my ssid, tried to input manually but unsuccessful. Able to see neighbors ssid but mine not showing. Any help appreciated.
Some devices that only work on 2.4GHz have problems seeing WiFi that has Smart Steering enabled (same SSID for both 2.4 and 5 GHz). I always turn off Smart Steering as I find it causes more problems than it solves.

Hello,
You can check if all radio (5G and 2.4Ghz radio) is turned on or enable.
You can check the "Visibility" should be visible as well.
What kind of router are you using?

It’s been a while, but I recall needing to connect a device to the default IP address of the camera first, and setting credentials for your network first.
Also, is your Wi-Fi set to be visible? Some devices won’t find networks not broadcasting their SSID.
