It is a real problem for me that when there is a call from the security centre regarding an alert there is no Caller ID indicating that it’s from Telus Security Centre. Instead it just shows up as a 1-855 number. I think that I am not the only person who does not answer unknown numbers. The Caller ID needs to say it’s from Telus Securty Centre - not just a 1-855 number.

Hi @Sueprice - the number showing up on your Call Display should say TELUS Security and the monitoring station number can be added to your contacts. Within the SmartHome Security App if you open up the Menu and click on Monitoring Services you will see the number there so you can add it to your contacts
