Long story short, I paid off security equipment 3 years ago which I had a monthly payment plan with my bill. They are restarting payments for that and I'm at the 4th month out of 60 payments. I have called in about this 3 times already and they reassure me that they have taken it off my account but it never does and it always shows up on my next bill. This is literally stealing what do now they can't seem to resolve it, do I contact the news?

I called in again an agent reassured me that this issue was fixed and still being charged 5th month in a row now.
