Hardwiring outdoor security camera

Hello!

Today, I called in to about my Optic tv change and was given a promo for the security package and that included an outdoor sercurity camera. My question is can this camera be hardwired as we are in a new build which we had wiring put in for a sercurity system.  I checked on YouTube about the camera and it looks like I have to run the cable inside to a plug?  Thanks in advance for any advice.

The outdoor security camera requires a 12v DC power adapter to power it, which I imagine is the plug you can see to connecting to a home electrical receptacle. More specs are shown here:-
