Hi @ateluscustomer - that box is not a TELUS box and it is a municipal box for traffic lights so we can't do anything about the graffiti.

Which box? Both or just one? I have contacted the city of surrey and they said it is not their box and directed me to Telus, do you know who I can contact?

We sent both images to our local area manager who confirmed that the boxes do not belong to us
