I tried to change pik TV channel before new year, it was got stuck. I called telus started from Jan 2nd, it has not been solved. I called almost everyday. Spent 1-2 hours every day but I have got the channels I want. Today, the agent tried to change the Chanel’s, the exiting channels were removed from the lists but new channels didn’t show. The service is terrible.

PikTV is no longer supported by Telus, as the hardware is no longer supported by Google. Possibly it is time to move to the Telus TV+ platform?

I have the same problem - can't add/remove channels or premium content. The link on MyTelus page doesn't work. PikTV and TelusTV+ is the same service and it doesn't allow to change any content in the app, it redirects me back to Telus PitTV/TelusTV+ web page (which is broken).
