so i just signed up for telus internet and tv services i got the free tv  my appointment for setup isent untill sept 3 
as i dont move till the 1st  my question is when do they send the tv and the tv box ?  i realized after i confirmed everything i dont move till the 1st so i have no way of collecting the tv box or do they not send the box untill after ur appointment

If you're referring to the Optik TV equipment itself ('tv box') then it'll be sent to the new address, and should arrive in time for your requested date. As for the promotional TV when signing up, that'll be shipped out about 4-6 weeks after the date of installation (also to the new address).
