Hello, I see this post, that we cannot upgrade to Premium when you get a Promotion, and pay the additional $3:

But I have to ask why not? This seems like it should be easy enough to do. It kind of sucks to be locked into one tier, or to lose the "benefit", if you want a higher quality experience.

Telus probably bought a large amount of standard Disney to give away and cannot upgrade one at a time.
I have the premium+ subscribed thru Telus. I tried to check on what I pay but they saw me coming and that info is not available, try again later.
Suggest you contact Disney direct and see if they are willing to take your $3 until the end of the 24 months, then switch to the full plan directly.
