I've been trying to change my tv plan for days. have logged onto all forms of the app (IOS, Android and Windows) and all I get is this.
"Looks like something went wrong. Please Try Again"
After goggling this it seems its a common error but i cant find a solution.
Very frustrating when the support line tells me to make my changes online and then this happens. Please help...

Telus, this isn’t an answer. My Telus app hasn’t worked for a year. Trying to manage tv services, that is.

- Were you able to change channels before?
- If you were able to change it before, when did it stop working?

Can you elaborate more on your situation?
Unable to manage tv Services through the MyTelus app. The SmartHome Security services are also unavailable. The only item I can access is internet.
- How long ago did you sign up for TV service?
We moved to our current address Dec 15, 2023
- Were you able to change channels before?
It worked while living at our previous address. Prior to Feb 2022.
- If you were able to change it before, when did it stop working? After Feb 2022
- What is the error you're seeing? Here’s a screen shot.
