Can you elaborate more on your situation? Unable to manage tv Services through the MyTelus app. The SmartHome Security services are also unavailable. The only item I can access is internet. - How long ago did you sign up for TV service? We moved to our current address Dec 15, 2023 - Were you able to change channels before? It worked while living at our previous address. Prior to Feb 2022. - If you were able to change it before, when did it stop working? After Feb 2022 - What is the error you're seeing?
