I subscribed to a bundle and my Netflix and Prime accounts were transferred and activated without a problem, but I can’t activate my Disney+ account, which happens to be the one account I already had with Telus. The activate link is not working.

Can you or have you tried to access Disney+ on a computer outside of the Telus app assuming you have a user name and password?
