I used to be able to login and access the Optik TV app in the past without any issues. I tried to login to Telus TV+ recently for the first time, and i am unable to login from any platform. have tried iOS, Android and telustvplus.com.
The message that comes up on Android is that my login credentials are incorrect.
The message on iOS says 'Something Wrong. An error has occurred'
The telustvplus.com website keeps looping back to the message that i am not logged in and asks me to log in.
My login credentials work fine on My Telus app. Any one else have the similar issue

Telus Support has fixed the issue. Inhad to call them few times, and finally their back end team did some sort of re-sync between the Mytelus and telus tv+.

log into my telus and change your password.
then try to log into optik tv with same user name and new password. like a reset, no guaranttee but it may work
