Hi,
Anybody has an issue with a telus tv+ app - not able to watch all subscribed chanells on ipad and iphone?
When i choose chanell that i am subscribed to, i am getting message " subscribe".
Tried all options :
-updated app
-choose only subscribed chanells
- choose all chanells
Called Telus and answer was - developer issue
Still not fixed...

Hello. There's a chance that your profile/account may need to be reprovisioned so that you can watch on those devices in your home. Give our Tech Support team a call at 1-888-811-2323 and mention that your account/profile may need to be reprovisioned and they'll be able to look into it for you.
