Telus TV +

Anyone having issues with the new Telus boxes? Specifically the PVR? I try to record something and sometimes it doesn’t record at all. Other times I’ll set up a series to record and it will record one episode then not the next one the following week. Starting to get fed up with Telus. I pay good money for services that don’t work.


can you specify which new Telus box are you referring to?

The new Google boxes. The ones listed under hardware on the website.

Hi, if you are referring to the TELUS TV+ digital boxes, you may be having a similar experience to this thread.

In the recording view, "scheduled" tab, you can see all the upcoming episodes that are scheduled to record. If nothing is showing, it is likely being affected by the issue mentioned in the above thread.
