We switched from Shaw cable and internet to Telus a few months ago, and have been really disappointed with the TV box functionality. On the Shaw PVR we could pause a program for at least an hour, rewind it or fast forward and chase watch it easily. On the Telus box it will only buffer 15 minutes, and if you jump back to the start of a program, you're not able to fast forward through it. There are many other frustrating functions in the Telus box and remote. Is there any way to use a PVR or change the box to fix these issues?

If you're subscribed to an Optik package with recording then you should have access to the cloud PVR system. As for the other issues mentioned, our dev team is working on improving the experience all the time and we can definitely flag this feedback to them.

Thanks. We do have cloud PVR but it's lacking in many features of previous PVRs we've had.
