I series recording on channel 116 global. Sometimes it will only play back 8 min out of the 33 minutes it displays. Telus tried to help when I called in but it didn't change though the WiFi was removed after the effort to try to help. I fixed it. Now iPhones keep disconnecting from local WiFi. Android is ok. This morning closed captions were turned on though we didn't do it. And the prime tv and YouTube apps logged us out so we had to start over. I don't understand why but suspect Telus made changes to the optic tv box and or modem/router. It's a big job keeping up with Telus tv. That's unfortunate. We have had so many challenges ever since we started subscribing. It's good when it works.
