For whatever reason Sportsnet 4k (channel 920) has had an issue where the audio and video is out of sync. The other Sportsnet channels seem to be fine. I've unplugged everything and nothing has changed. I have a soundbar and switched to tv speakers but the same thing happens, the audio and video remains out of sync. Rogers says it's not on their end. So i dont know...

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I was able to replicate your experience and our A/V team was able to resolve. Things are back in sync for me...is yours better now?

Does your A/V team have any answers as to why 4K content is not in actual 4K?

4K content availability depends on the broadcaster and the source of the content. Some programs may be upscaled rather than true 4K, depending on the provider.
