I have Pik loaded on an android TV box (NVIDIA Shield) and it also pops up "No Internet" when I launch the app, there's no way to continue past that point.
I also have the Pik App on my phone and I get an error message pop up that says "No Internet Connection", if I click "ok" everything in the app seems to work fine.
To be clear, on both devices internet works fine, and other apps such as Netflix, Disney+, Prime, etc all work flawlessly.
My assumption is that some form of firewall rule or such is causing Pik some issues, but I don't have any exotic rules setup, and am at a loss to figure out what might be wrong. Any ideas or suggestions on what to try here?

Have you tried deleting and re-installing the App on your NVIDIA device?

I did reinstall it, no difference. The fact that I get the same error message on my phone (albeit bypassable) makes me think it's a firewall issue rather than a device or app issue.
