When I try to access Optik TV on my macbook and select a channel it will load for quite awhile and then return one of two error codes depending on the browser. Safari returns error 4-44-50010 and Chrome returns error number 4-44-113. Both browsers are running the most recent versions.
Optik TV will load on my desktop which runs WindowsOS and has a wired internet connection.
Has anyone come across these errors and found a solution?
