On Demand Coupons

Just Moved In
I have been given three on demand coupons. They are active and not expired, yet every time I try to rent a movie, it says “the purchase could not be completed due to insufficient credit available.” What is going on?

It's been a long time since I had on demand coupons. I recall having some issues using them. There is a section under On Demand for Deals/Coupons.


If you continue to have issues you will need to talk to Telus about this to get it resolved.

Have you tried restarting all your devices and trying again? Like FuzzyLogic wrote, if the issue persists give the TELUS humans a call!
