This has been happening for a few months, numerous times a week. I will turn on the TV and there will be no sound when trying to watch cable. I have to completely reset the box each time. Since Telus will charge if it is a problem on my end I am wondering if there is anything that I can troubleshoot before I have them come out.

How do you have the box hooked up to the tv? HDMI only. Do you use a sound bar?
