I keep getting charges on my account for rentals that my wife and I never did! There is no possible way my children even know my password and the stuff being rented is nothing anyone would watch! I'm very concerned about the security of my account and I keep having to contact telus to get these reversed! This is getting ridiculous what do I do! My account has a pin for purchases.
