Missing 4k TSN and Sportsnet channels

Have both sports packages but no 4k

What do you mean by no 4K?

Did you try entering the channel number 905, 920 or 921 directly?

Is your Optik box set to 4K output?

I mean, I've downgraded to essentials and got the Sportsnet package and TSN package. Had 4k before, now I don't. Always had a 4k box
