Incomplete recordings TSN with PVR

For the past week, when recording the Brier on TSN the PVR will show that it has recorded the show but when I playback there is only 15 to 45 minutes recorded of a 3 hour recording duration.  This has happened several times.  Other programs recorded by the PVR on other channels are as expected but TSN recordings are incomplete.

I have the same issue on Sportsnet recording hockey games. I never know when it’s going to fudge a recording and I just don’t get to watch. Telus sent me a new, updated box and it happens again.

Are you using an Optik 4K PVR or do you subscribe to Cloud recordings with the new TELUS TV Digital Box?
