Screen is stuck on Your Optik TV digital box is initializing. Tried unplugging, rebooting and nothing working

This can take some time. Is it the PVR or a Set Top Box? If it's the Set Top Box possibly a wi-fi issue. Here is the Telus procedure for getting things back up and running. If that still doesn't work you will likely need to contact Telus:
