I presently have a couple of Telus Boxes to return to Telus. Now that Canada Post is on strike, I am unable to use the original designated method to return this equipment.
Does anyone know if Telus has any alternative arrangements to accommodate return of equipment?

We suggest holding on to the equipment until the strike passes. We're aware of the labour distription and we will not be charging equipment return late fees while it is on-going.

Now that the strike is over and your website says "
Make sure to use your original return waybill.
Note: We will not charge any late fees during this period." (https://www.telus.com/en/support/article/canada-post-labour-disruption)
When will you allow the return waybills to be printed? The link provided by telus still seems to be inoperable as it fails to download every time. It only recommends calling customer service which only tells me to wait. They cant even give me an address so I can drive the equipment there myself.

You don't need to print your own waybills. The other option is to pack up your equipment and bring it to a Canada Post office and follow these steps: https://forum.telus.com/t5/Home/Return-Your-TELUS-Equipment-in-3-Easy-Steps/ta-p/132937.
For your protection, please include your account number in the box and keep the waybill that is printed for you.

With Canada post is on strike how do I return equipment. Can I drop them into TELUS store near my house?

Our stores cannot accept the equipment but you can hold on to them until after the labour disruption is resolved. We will not be charging any penalties for a late return while it is on-going.

Hope it's more than a suggestion. Today Dec 06 I got a warning message from Telus about not having returned my TV box, and charges will apply.

Hi @ExCTandS1 - Without context or knowing who you are it's hard to say exactly but if you returned your equipment then I wouldn't worry about it. The system sends reminder emails automatically
