Now that the strike is over and your website says " Canada Post branches have reopened. You can return your equipment by dropping them off at a Canada Post branch. Make sure to use your original return waybill. Note: We will not charge any late fees during this period." (https://www.telus.com/en/support/article/canada-post-labour-disruption) When will you allow the return waybills to be printed? The link provided by telus still seems to be inoperable as it fails to download every time. It only recommends calling customer service which only tells me to wait. They cant even give me an address so I can drive the equipment there myself.4.5KViews0likes1Comment
