It all started when I tried to sign up for Disney Plus. After 4 1/2 hours on the phone with several "transfers" and incorrect info I finally found out I could not access Disney Plus with my current Optik TV box. They told me (& perhaps that was incorrect too) that I needed to sign up for Disney plus first & then make a request for the correct digital box on line. I signed up and activated my subscription and attempted to request a box. I have tried for several days to request a box but it will not take a request. It says requests have been "Paused" with no in indication of when they will be "unpaused". It also says it will take 6-8 weeks to get the equipment after you order it! I feel like I have been scammed! I have added a service that I can't use, at their direction & it is impossible to find out when & if I will ever be able to use it. Does anyone know how to find out when I can request it, mujch less actually get it?
