Different channels in one bedroom

Calliegirl29
Neighbour

Hello,

We have 4 Optik TV boxes in our home and for some reason one bedroom gets a bunch of channels that the other rooms don’t get. In the living room where the main TV is we checked “all channels” to see if that would make a difference but it didn’t. They just say, for example “CNN on demand”. Meaning of course you have to subscribe to it. But just one bedroom in the house gets CNN- Im watching it right now! We are baffled….any thoughts or ideas? The only difference between the bedroom TV is that we just added a new digital box and TV to this bedroom and the box looks different than all of the other boxes in the house.

Yeah I have the exact same problem but the difference is I didn't buy a new receiver the receiver that is in my bedroom is the one installed by the Telus technician. It's very frustrating on getting to the point where I don't want to even have telus anymore

Hey @Tonester8871 - So you have one account and two TV boxes and they show a different lineup? Are you in Subscribed or Favourite view by any chance?
