Ok.. Turns out Telus will not help with a real person in all this. I have reset my PIC box, Reset my internet and still just a black screen.. Any help?

Did it ever work?
Is it properly connected to the TV, and the TV set to the correct input?
Might it be the HDMI cable?
Can you try it on another TV?
