Shangri-La is on Showtime available on-demand though Crave.

I am half-way though watching it. Now all the episodes have disappeared...though the trailer remains.

Can you tell me what happened to all the episodes?

Bell appears to have removed the episodes from Crave. The content there does change and nothing is up there long term. Shangri-La aired in July 2019 and it is now over two years since the show aired. I'm surprised it was available on demand for that long.
