This happened because I never called them back after phone number transfer failed despite telling the Telus CSR at the Internet kiosk that 778-two two eight - three13 four number mightn't work.
WHEN IT WAS MY FIRST PHONE THIS HAPPENED AND YOU GUYS AUTOMATICALLY CHANGED THE NUMBER!!!!
