I have been back-and-forth with Telus since November 30. I purchased phones on the 28th and the prices went down in the next two days and I’m still having difficulty. I’ve spoken on the phone to probably six different reps and spent 8+ hours on the phone. They made a mistake and sent me the wrong colour phone and now they’re trying to say that I can’t get the plan. I was going to get if I change the colour of the phone. I think all conversations with them are recorded and it is their error and not mine. I need this resolved.
