Hi all, I’ve been trying to do my phone upgrade online but when I go to “Add to Cart” an error message pops up and nothing is added to my cart. Has anyone else had this problem, and if so, what did you have to do to fix this? Thanks in advance!

Have you tried with a different browser or clearing cache and cookies in the current browser? Did you also try via the TELUS app?
