Something went wrong

New customer. Changed my theme packs online 24 hours ago. New channels not showing and now when I go to the optik page on my telus I get "something has gone wrong". If I use my telus app it just hangs on optik TV page. Not a good start to new service.

        Okay, upon checking. We would recommend waiting a little bit more for it to refresh to the new channels you chose.
