Reactivating my Mobility Plan

Just Moved In

So last night I received notice that my Mobility plan had been canceled. I did not request this and have been trying to get it fixed, but since the plan has been deactivated, I cannot call customer service or get a callback from the Virtual Assistant. Who should I contact to get my mobility plan turned back on, and how?

You can choose any number to receive a callback. Have you access to another phone on which you can receive a call?
