New phone (or account) set up prepaid options not recorded?

Just Moved In

Last year I bought my son a cell phone. I set up prepaid payments using my credit card. When the billing came out, these payments were not being made and I got hit with late payments and a drop in my credit score. 


Fast forward to last month - I switched over to Telus mobility for my phone - set up prepaid payments using my credit card and AGAIN - come to find out payments were not taken. No credit card on file apparently.


Has this happened to anyone else? I find it hard to believe it happened to me twice as a fluke.

Hi @luvpei did you set up your account for pre authorized payments on your registered account or through an agent? 

We purchased the phone and plan at a local authorized dealer for Telus.
