Hello. Back in Sept 2020, I switched to another carrier. I now need to access my old Telus Mobility bills from Jan-Sept 2020. I tried logging into my old Telus Mobility account and it seems to accept my username and password. The problem is that the system asks me for my postal code and account number but reports that one or the other is incorrect and won't let me in to my account. How can I access my old bills?
Usually about 3 months after closing the account, access is no longer available. You will need to call Telus to request those invoices.
