I'm currently Telus EPP with an expiring bring it back contract. I've been trying to get a hold of loyalty to discuss options without success as I know some friends who are currently paying $25 less per line for better services than I am currently receiving. I'm generally happy with my Telus services but it's hard to continue paying significantly more than others who are getting better packages.
I've tried calling Telus but can't seem to get anyone to discuss loyalty offers. My contract is expiring in under 2 weeks and I do have competitive rates from other carriers but I would like to discuss my options with Telus first.
