Receiving late billing notices when the account was paid days ago. Big waste of time to follow up.
Enormously frustrated by this lack of attention to detail by Telus. No shortage of endless sales and promotions but zero actual customer support.
Some payment methods (such as any requiring an intermediary ie, online banking) can take up to 5 business days from payment to payment posted. If you've made a payment close to or after your due date, you may still get that notification before the payment is actually posted. Have you tried logging into your account to see if the payment has posted yet?
