switched to telus from shaw. still being billed
I switched from shaw to telus at the end of 2024. they came to my condo and hard sold me on a new fibre optic service. the price was too good. in the switching over and install i was assured telus ...
Telus isn’t going to cancel your Shaw services. I’m pretty sure only you can close your account there. If you’ve read some of the threads here, big mistake coming over to Telus.
